Import recipes directly by sharing from TikTok or Instagram Import recipes by pasting links from recipe websites or social media
How do I organize my recipes in MealFlow?
Create custom cookbooks to group related recipes. Filter recipes by meal type (breakfast, lunch, dinner, etc.). Mark recipes as "tried" to track which ones you've already cooked. Use the search feature to quickly find recipes by name
Can I adjust recipe serving sizes?
Yes! When viewing a recipe, you can increase or decrease the serving size.
Can I create a shopping list from my recipes?
MealFlow integrates with Instacart, allowing you to select specific ingredients from a recipe to add to your shopping list, then Send your recipe ingredients directly to an Instacart list
